Each year, people from all parts of the world and all walks of life make the pilgrimage to Omaha to see Warren Buffett and connect with kindred spirits. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

HOW TO GET CREDENTIALS?<\/h1>\n

To attend the meeting in Omaha, you must obtain official meeting credentials (also called \u201cshareholder passes\u201d or \u201cbadges\u201d). These badges grant you access to the main meeting, the exhibit hall, and many shareholder-only events across the weekend.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>

Step 1: Become a Berkshire Hathaway Shareholder<\/h2><\/div>

You need to own at least one share of Berkshire Hathaway stock \u2014 either Class A (BRK.A) or Class B (BRK.B). A single Class B share is sufficient to qualify. You can purchase shares through any standard brokerage account.<\/p>\n

Once your shares are recorded in your name or with your broker, you\u2019ll be eligible to request meeting credentials when the form becomes available in the spring.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Step 2: Request Your Shareholder Credentials<\/h2><\/div>

Each year, Berkshire Hathaway mails its Annual Report, Proxy Statement, and Credential Request Form to shareholders in mid-March. The form includes instructions for ordering up to four meeting credentials per shareholder.<\/p>\n

If your shares are held through a brokerage, you\u2019ll typically receive these materials electronically or by mail from your broker rather than directly from Berkshire Hathaway. Follow your broker\u2019s instructions to access or request the form.<\/p>\n

You can submit your credential request online or by mail, depending on the directions provided in that year\u2019s materials.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
